I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were amazing, big, comfortable, and clean with a nice view of the beach. However, it might not be considered quite as a 5-star. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to the lovely staff member Irina, who was incredibly helpful. The location was beautiful, right on its private beach and next to the sea, with the fascinating Knossos archaeological site nearby. The dining experience was amazing with a wide variety of delicious choices at the Swell restaurant. The facilities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
